Then fill out the order form and submit it. After checking the availability of the products and the expected time of delivery, we will e-mail you. Choose the apposite link in the email to confirm your order and pay by credit card or PayPal. If the products you have chosen are not in stock, we will give you details about the expected time of delivery.

Can I order by Phone?

Do you deliver to my area?

La Tela di Penelope delivers worldwide. Shipping costs vary according to delivery country. Inside European Union an estimated week for delivery is provided after shipping confirmation.Delivery dates and weeks are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. If you have not received your order within the above time-scale please leave 7 days before contacting our customer service team to investigate the non-arrival. We carry the risk of loss or damage to the Products until you receive them. The Products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. Until payment has been made in full we may ask you to return the Products to us at any time. If you return the Products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property. Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than three weeks after the estimated date for arrival.

How do I receive confirmation of my order?

Customers ordering online, will be sent an email-containing acknowledgement of the order placed.

Can I Personalize my products according to my measures?

You can create your products by using the Customize tab in the menu. If you need to amend or cancel your customized item order, you may only do so up to 48 hours after you have confirmed it. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs, which we are likely to incur due to the amendment or cancellation of your order. This charge will not exceed 25% of the value of the products cancelled or amended.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa Card,Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Carta Aura and PayPal. Payment is made after we check the availability of products. You will find a link in your confirmation email that will take you to the Internet check out. Remember, you can still change your mind at the checkout as to whether you wish to continue with the purchase.

When do I give my payment details?

Payment is made at the 'Order Summary' page, which can be accessed through the link on your confirmation email. The link will redirect you to your Shopping bag where you can click to "Pay now". You can still change your mind at this stage. Payment is only made when you click to "Pay now" after filling your Credit Card information on the PayPal website.

When will I be charged?

The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order. However,if your item is not in stock, depending on the expected time of production, we may charge just a 25% of the total amount immediately and ask you to pay the 75% when your product is shipped. Remember, you can still change your mind at the checkout as to whether you wish to continue with the purchase.
